To create an account and receive live psychic readings or related Services, you must be 18 years of age or older. Users must be at least 16 years old to sign up for newsletters and horoscopes. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement.
4. Payment Terms
Any purchase made on Auracliq.com using a credit card, debit card, PayPal, or other accepted payment methods must be made by the authorized cardholder or account owner. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information, and authorize Auracliq to charge the applicable fees for Services purchased.
5. Personal Responsibility
Our team of readers and content creators work diligently to offer thoughtful and empowering guidance. However, all decisions made based on insights or suggestions received through Auracliq are solely your responsibility. You agree to independently evaluate any information, advice, or opinions provided through the Site or Services, understanding that such content is offered without any express or implied warranties of accuracy, completeness, or reliability. Furthermore, you acknowledge that this content is for entertainment purposes only and cannot be used as evidence in any legal proceeding, nor may it be held against you in any court or legal matter.
Acceptance of Terms

Auracliq reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Restricted Jurisdictions
Our Services are not available for use by residents of any locations where such use is prohibited by law.
Age Requirements
To subscribe to horoscopes and newsletters, you must be at least sixteen (16) years old. To create an account and access live readings or other Services, you must be eighteen (18) years or older
Payment and Charges
By using your Auracliq Account, you agree to pay for all Services you purchase, including live readings, email readings, and other related services. Charges for live readings (excluding direct messages) are calculated in full-minute increments, with the session length rounded up to the next full minute at the conclusion of each reading. Charges for readings conducted via direct message or email are calculated on a per-message or per-email basis. For all payments, you agree to use only credit cards, debit cards, PayPal accounts, or other accepted payment methods for which you are the authorized cardholder or account owner.
Recording and Retention of Readings
By using Auracliq’s Services, you agree not to use any audio or video recording devices, software, or other technology to record, copy, scan, or transcribe any Readings—including those conducted via phone, chat, email, or direct message—without prior written permission from Auracliq. You acknowledge that Auracliq may record chat and direct message Readings for quality and service purposes. While Auracliq may provide you with access to these recordings, you understand and agree that Auracliq reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to delete recordings or revoke your access to them at any time.
Refusal of Services
Auracliq reserves the right to refuse or discontinue Services to any individual at our sole discretion and for any reason. We also retain the right to take legal action against anyone who commits fraud or violates any applicable laws while using our Site or Services. Additionally, Auracliq readers may terminate a session at any time if a customer’s behavior or comments are deemed inappropriate, abusive, or threatening. Such terminations will be reported to our Customer Service team, and the customer may be denied future access to Auracliq’s Site and Services. Any report made by a reader in these circumstances will not be considered a breach of our Privacy Policy.
Refund Policy Eligibility:
Refunds are strictly limited to first-time customers and must be requested within twenty-four (24) hours following the completion of the initial reading. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered. Sole Discretion: Refunds are not guaranteed and will be granted only on a severe, case-by-case basis at the sole and absolute discretion of Auracliq. Auracliq reserves the unconditional right to deny any refund request for any reason. Grounds for Refund: Refunds may only be considered in instances where the reading demonstrably failed to establish a meaningful connection, as reasonably assessed by Auracliq. Dissatisfaction with the content of the reading, including disagreement with or rejection of the spiritual insights or guidance provided, shall not constitute grounds for a refund. No Illegal Claims: Customers acknowledge and agree that all Services are provided voluntarily and of their own free will. Requests for refunds under false pretenses, including but not limited to claims that a Service was not provided when it was, are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Alternative Remedies: If a connection cannot be established during the reading, Auracliq may, at its sole discretion, offer supplementary insights or alternative perspectives consistent with the spiritual communication. Only after all reasonable efforts to provide such alternatives have been exhausted will Auracliq consider a refund.
Customer Responsibility:
Customers accept full responsibility for their independent judgment and research related to the nature, limitations, and scope of psychic and spiritual Services.
Non-Transferability:
Refunds are non-transferable and may only be claimed by the original purchaser of the Service.
Without Prejudice: Any evaluation, consideration, or denial of a refund request shall be made without prejudice to Auracliq’s rights, claims, or defenses, all of which are expressly reserved.
Finality: Auracliq’s decision regarding refund requests is final, binding, and not subject to appeal or dispute.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- General Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your use of the Services at any time by discontinuing the use of the Sites or Services. However, once a service is rendered or a reading is completed (including but not limited to phone, chat, email, or live session readings), no cancellations or refunds will be permitted unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy or under exceptional circumstances. - Cancellation of Subscription-Based Services
If you are subscribed to any recurring or subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation procedure outlined in your account settings or by contacting Auracliq customer support. Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the subsequent period. Auracliq does not offer refunds for any unused portion of the subscription once the billing cycle has begun. - Cancellation of Scheduled Readings
Auracliq does not offer refunds for cancellations of scheduled readings, regardless of the timing or reason for cancellation. Once a reading has been scheduled, you will not be entitled to a refund for any cancellations. - Exceptional Circumstances for Cancellation
Auracliq may consider a cancellation request in exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues that prevent a reading from occurring or situations where Auracliq is unable to fulfill a scheduled reading. In these cases, a refund or alternative service may be offered at the discretion of the Company. Requests for cancellations based on dissatisfaction with the outcome of a reading, or what was discussed during the session, will not be considered unless explicitly covered by the Refund Policy. - Right to Cancel Services Auracliq reserves the right to cancel or suspend any Services at its discretion, including but not limited to situations where a customer violates the Terms of Use or engages in inappropriate behavior during a reading. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the user may be permanently banned from accessing the Services.
- No Refund for Non-Use If you choose to cancel your service after a reading has commenced or if the service was not fully utilized, you are not entitled to a refund, unless specified in the Refund Policy. It is your responsibility to manage your time effectively and ensure that you make use of the Services within the time allocated for your reading

Neither Auracliq, its affiliates, employees, contractors, nor its readers intend for this information to serve as a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to:

- (b) professional financial or investment advice or guidance; or
- (c) professional legal advice.

The remedies set forth in these Terms of Use are exclusive and limited to those expressly provided herein.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential, incidental, or special damages or implied warranties. In such cases, liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Any other use of Content, including but not limited to recording, copying, scanning, transcribing, reproducing, or distributing the Content, is prohibited unless expressly authorized by Auracliq.
Specifically, you are prohibited from recording or using any audio recording or retention devices/ technology in connection with any readings provided via the Website. You are also prohibited from recording, copying, scanning, or transcribing readings—whether conducted through phone, chat, or direct message—without obtaining prior written consent from Auracliq. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to Auracliq and its licensors.
Unless expressly permitted, you are prohibited from copying, displaying, downloading, distributing, modifying, posting, reproducing, republishing, or retransmitting any Content from the Website or any portion thereof in any electronic medium or in hard copy. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Use, together with any other legal notices or agreements published by Auracliq on the Sites, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Auracliq (the “Company”) and its affiliated entities concerning your use of the Sites and the Services, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Auracliq regarding such use. No oral or written statements made by any party, other than what is expressly stated in these Terms of Use, shall be considered as part of this agreement.
